The location and views are great, and the price reflects that. Service was very good, but finding the room was ridiculously confusing, like trying to get through a maze.

The room we were given had a narrow single bed, so it didn't match the booked double room for single occupancy. They put the blame on the booking platform.

We were sorry not to have brought our swimming things so we could use the pool and sauna. The restaurant's dinner and breakfast were delicious, and our spacious, comfortable room had a balcony and a minibar with a couple of complimentary drinks. It was a very relaxing overnight stop during our cycling trip around Lake Konstanz.

After a tough day on the bikes, we were starving, and the hotel kindly arranged an early dinner seating for our group. The food and service were 10/10, and breakfast was excellent too, with plenty of choices spread across two rooms. Check-in was easy, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, and our rooms were clean and spacious. This was the third stop for my wife and me with our Canadian Westcoast cycling group. Parkhotel St. Leonhard sits high enough to give you a fabulous view of Lake Constance. The ride up is challenging for much of the way, but we all agreed this was our favourite stay on the Lake Constance cycling journey. The climb was worth it.

We spent a long weekend in two double rooms. One had superb views over Lake Constance, while the other, with no view, was recently refurbished but not as nice. The hotel was flexible about adding an extra bed for our 7 year old kid, which helped. Breakfast was included and good, though the coffee machines caused a bottleneck. The staff were very nice, and the stay was very pleasant.
