We stayed on the top floor of a very large apartment with a perfect view. The terrace is huge too, with plenty of room for a barbecue. The kitchen is well laid out, with a spacious fridge, lots of dishes, and a high-quality induction cooktop. There are three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small guest toilet. The larger bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The only issue I noticed was the worn, broken window sunshades, which could only be raised halfway. It was manageable.

Our apartment was Ambiente on the 1st floor, with a fantastic view. It was spacious, bright, modern, and furnished to a high standard. Getting the keys and handing them back was quick, punctual, friendly, and easy. It was very comfortable, and the price felt justified. The kitchen needs work: it only had the bare essentials, the knives were completely dull, the pans were warped, and many plates were chipped. A grill or barbecue area on the property would be a nice addition too. The long-term tenants in the basement were young, vulgar, and uncouth. Smelling marijuana/weed on the balcony every day, along with their noisy gatherings at night, made for an unpleasant stay. If apartments are being rented at this price, the landlord/owner should put quality ahead of profit.

The lake view was magnificent, and the friendly, attentive service made the stay even nicer. We were 81 and 84 and felt comfortable in the modern, welcoming apartment from arrival through the end of our holiday. It was well kept and had up-to-date technology. If our health allows, we'd be happy to come back.

We'd happily stay here again. The terrace has a lovely lake view, and the apartment has great amenities, including an elevator. It worked perfectly for six people.
