Since Unterföhring is small and I was visiting family in town, the location was central enough for me to walk to most places. The room was tidy and well maintained, big enough for a single room, though not overly spacious. The breakfast buffet wasn't especially varied, but had enough for most people to find something. There was a boiled or scrambled egg, and plant-based milk alternatives were available on request at no extra cost. The staff were very friendly, though there aren't many of them, and there's no night auditor, so you can't arrive too late in the evening for check-in. Also, the hotel restaurant kitchen closes at 20:30. A nice little inn.

The neighborhood is beautiful, and the place was super quiet, which put us at ease since traveling with a baby had made us anxious. We enjoyed the restaurant and the very tasty breakfast. The man at the front desk was lovely and a delight to talk to, though I can't remember his name now. It was such a nice place to stay away from the crowds while still having easy access to the city center. We'll definitely be back when we're in Munich!

This place is a gem, and we loved our four-night stay with family and friends. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the family-run hotel has a lovely quaint feel. Staff were friendly, and the front desk helped us sort out transportation. Breakfast had a good range, and we enjoyed the restaurant and bar. Sonnensttubel, a great German restaurant, is within walking distance, as is the bus. Munich center is about 20 minutes away, but getting there is easy and the stay was worth it. We'd come back.

A lovely little hotel in a quiet, pleasant part of Munich, with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. It was a good stay for a modest price. Especially handy for football fans, since it's easy to get to the Allianz Arena for an #FCBAYERN game. 😎⚽️🔴🔴💪🏻 Highly recommended.
