I was really disappointed by this stay, especially since it was our last hotel near Munich and the worst one of our two-week vacation. I paid over $260 for one night and felt robbed. The room was subpar and nothing like the website photos. My reservation was for three adults, but we were given a room with only two twin beds. There was nobody available to help, so I made up a bed for my friend on a short fold-out chair. We had to remove our duvet covers so she would have something to use as a blanket. It was horrible. Getting into the hotel was a mess too. I'd emailed management to say my friends and I would arrive after 8 pm because our travel was running late, but when we got there, every door was locked and nobody had replied. A group of young men staying there let us in. No one was at the desk, just a note with a phone number. The person I assumed was the manager told me to go back outside and use a lockbox for our key card with a code they gave me. I wanted to love this hotel, but it was absolutely not a good experience.
