Gastehaus An Der Oase

We slept really well, even in the morning, since the good windows kept out almost all the noise from the construction site behind the guesthouse. The rooms were clean and roomy, with comfortable beds. The owners were incredibly friendly, too. We had dinner in the cozy beer garden, and although I couldn’t find anything suitable on the menu, they went out of their way to sort something out for me. I was happy with it. Many thanks!

The guesthouse is right in the center, so shops, bakeries, restaurants, and the lovely city park are all an easy walk away. Parking right there was convenient, too. We arrived late after a long, tiring drive and had a delicious dinner in the beer garden, with plenty of vegetarian choices. Our room was clean and spacious, and we felt comfortable and slept peacefully. My husband worked during the day, and the big desk and good internet connection suited him perfectly. At breakfast, the hostess even went out of her way to get vegan spreads and milk for us. Thanks again! We’d love to return if we’re ever in this beautiful area.

It’s close to the village center, with shops and sights including medieval houses nearby. The rooms are large and clean, and there’s a little snack bar with a lounge. The hosts were very helpful, and arriving or leaving outside check-in hours was possible. Pets are welcome.

We only stayed one night this time, but we’d happily return for longer. The rooms were spacious and clean, the mattresses nice and firm, and it was wonderfully quiet, so we slept great. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. We also spent the previous evening in the adjoining beer garden, where the food and drinks were good and fairly priced. Very satisfied, and highly recommended.
