The rooms and parking were fine for my one-night business trip to Mannheim, pretty average overall. The bigger problem came afterward: I gave reception my business card for the company invoice, but they used a different address for the same company, with the wrong street, postal code, and city. That was careless. When I noticed while preparing my travel reimbursement, nobody answered the phone despite more than two hours of trying. I waited a long time to check in too, since one receptionist was handling a group ahead of me. If the missed calls are due to too few staff, management needs to address it.

Good quality for the price, and the reception staff were helpful. Breakfast was nice too. I'd be glad to stay here again.

Really good room and facilities at an affordable price. The staff were nice, and having English-speaking service and check-in available around the clock was useful. It's also very close to the Autobahn, which made it a great stop while traveling. 10/10.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the price was acceptable. Still, the room had too much extra furniture for a family, and the toilet door was broken. Breakfast was just an average buffet, so I don't know why it's described as “exceptional.” We'd booked a week ahead for a night on the way through with our toddler and baby, and requested a cot. The hotel told us the day before that none were available. We couldn't cancel without losing 90% of the one-night price, and nearby hotels had no room for four. Since we couldn't put the baby in bed with us, we had to rush out, buy a cot, and let the hotel know we'd bring our own. Poor planning like that adds stress for parents who are traveling.

Silvia in the dining room was the highlight of the morning, so friendly, and breakfast was great with delicious coffee. We only stayed one night while passing through. The room had plenty of space, but the bathroom felt stuffy and needed better ventilation. The air conditioning didn't seem to help much.
