The room had three beds and plenty of space, and it was clean, so it worked really well for one night with my wife and our 4-year-old daughter. Check-in and check-out are self-service, which should save you from waiting in line. We did miss out on parking, though, so check availability when booking if you need a spot. We left the car on the street with a lot of things inside and felt a bit uneasy, but nothing happened. 🙏🙏

The parking situation made for a miserable start. The underground garage had a notice saying the bell wasn't working and to check in first, so I had to hunt for somewhere to leave the car temporarily. At reception, an unpleasant employee smirked when I mentioned the broken bell, then said the garage was full and suggested I find free parking somewhere in town. I spent half an hour looking for a space downtown and then walked back in the rain with my suitcase. I've stayed with this hotel chain before, but this will probably be my last time.

The only problem was the cold room. I had the AC switched on at 28, and it was still cold. My wife was sick with a cold, fever, and cough. Apart from that, everything was good, including cleanliness, value for the price, easy check-in and check-out, parking, the room, Wi-Fi, and room service.

Poor breakfast, no parking, and staff who weren't friendly. This hotel chain is low quality. If you have another option, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

The rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable. We signed up for an account online because the hotel advertised free breakfast on a second stay, and decided to use the offer. Later, we found out the account I'd registered for wasn't the loyalty account, which costs €39 per year.
