My wife, baby and I slept so well, I can’t remember the last time that happened. The room was super clean, the staff were lovely, and even the bed sheets were ironed. It gave me that feeling of sleeping over at my grandmother’s when I was ten. The beds are easy to recommend. The little town is cosy and parking felt safe.

It was quiet, and the room was comfortable and super clean. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in years.

There are plenty of shops and grocery stores in town, though there isn’t much else going on. We had dinner at the restaurant, where the à la carte food was fairly cheap, and breakfast was quite good: cereals, yogurt, bread with homemade jam or ham and cheese, plus boiled eggs. We were three in a room meant for four, so it was bigger than expected. Everything was clean and tidy. The bathroom, TV and free Wi-Fi were all fine.

Just about the best place to stay within 100 km of the highway. Near the Czech border on the Nürenberg to Prag route, it’s affordable, clean, and the kitchen is absolutely perfect. Everyone was friendly, including the owner.

The owner was very friendly, and the food was good. An excellent hotel.
