The breakfast was amazing, one of the best I’ve had, and I liked the location, surroundings and service. But the queen bed was actually two single beds, which was very uncomfortable. Smoking is allowed on the balcony and outside, and the smoke comes in. For a wellness place, I’d suggest making the whole property, indoors and outdoors, smoke free.

The staff are still very friendly, and everyone made us feel welcome. Breakfast was served at the table instead of as a buffet this time. The food was as nice as usual, and we liked not having to keep getting up to serve ourselves. Dinner was good too, though the menu had far fewer options than last time. The Spa/Pool area was still closed due to Covid19, but we enjoyed walking through the wine fields and taking some time to relax. We revisited this lovely property after almost 7 months, between a business trip and a few days off. We’ll definitely be back.

The modern rooms have a nice design, with open bathrooms and a separate toilet. The place is great, though the service was just OK, not the best. I tried to get dinner at 8.30pm, but there was no chance because I hadn’t reserved a table, and nobody had told me I needed one. So I ended up having mixed nuts from the minibar for dinner. 🤷♀️
