Just one night here, but I really liked the rooms and the service. Great place to stay, I’d definitely recommend it.

The fast, reliable Wi-Fi was a plus, but my one-night stay at Hotel Relax in Wachenroth came with several problems. Check-in got awkward when there was confusion over payment, even though I showed confirmation from Booking.com and my bank; it took a while to sort out. The elevator wasn’t working, and our room was on the second floor. One mattress had poor support, and there was no hot water in the evening, though it worked by morning. The TV didn’t work either. Breakfast was limited and had no fruit, and a kitchen smell was noticeable throughout the hotel. I hope they take the feedback constructively. Based on my stay, I’d check recent reviews before booking.

Really good service at the hotel. My whole experience was very good, the rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were helpful. The food was good too.
