We stayed one night on our way to Austria for vacation. The restaurant has a romantic patio and a great range of local wines, but booking ahead is strongly recommended even if you're staying at the hotel. Breakfast was amazing for just a small fee, €5 per person as of Juli 2023, so don't skip it. There are five parking spots on-site, though the driveway entrance has a tight corner on a slope, so take care. The place is a lovely little, authentically German guest-residence in a large wine region of the Rhine valley. The surroundings are nice and quiet, the rooms are comfortable, and at least the top floor had a portable air conditioning unit. Great hospitality and amazing value for money!

The church beside the building rings its bells on the hour, half hour, and at other times I'm not sure about. VERY annoying when you're trying to sleep in!! The staff were friendly and eager to help, though, and the continental breakfast was included with the overnight stay. It's a quaint little hotel with a restaurant offering a high quality choice of foods, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Just commenting on the restaurant: dogs are allowed, and the service was very good. The saumon tartare, duck meat, and rhubarbe mousse were excellent. There are a few dishes for children too, and the riesling wine was good.

A really nice, family-style hotel, and the restaurant is more than excellent. I can confidently recommend staying here :)
