They were so welcoming that we felt right at home. Really lovely people. We’ll definitely return, and I’d recommend the place to anyone.

I’ve been coming back regularly since 2019, and the family-run team always does its best to make guests comfortable. The rooms are clean and cozy, breakfast is excellent, and there’s Wi-Fi. The traditional Schlachtschüssel on the last Thursday of each month is a real treat. It’s also a great base for exploring the Upper Palatinate, with easy access to the A93. A lake with lots to do and the recreation area near Steinberg am See are close by. Many thanks to the lovely team!

The breakfast was modest, but had pretty much everything you’d need, and the value for money was excellent. The owners were attentive to guests and took care of their needs.

Clean, solid rooms with everything you need, and very good value for the price. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent, even late at night when we had a special request. I’d definitely come back.
