The restaurant works best for a group of 3-4. The food is really good, and the atmosphere is lovely. Service is consistently good too. It may not suit a large group, but otherwise it's excellent.

We stayed at the hotel and had dinner in the restaurant. The seasonal dishes were delicious, and we really enjoyed them. From the warm welcome to the impeccable, friendly service, everything was great. We'd highly recommend it.

4/10
The food was good, but the table setting, decor, and service didn't match the prices. Mistakes with our group's bill meant we were apparently overcharged, and it seemed the staff weren't familiar with the till system. It took a good 20-30 minutes to sort out. We didn't get a single apology for the inconvenience. The server looked visibly annoyed and made sure we felt it, along with a few strange remarks. She also stood with her shoes on chairs we'd been using. For a restaurant charging premium prices, this was a real embarrassment. They'll lose repeat customers this way.

The meal was genuinely tasty, and the ingredients seemed fresh, though some dishes were surprisingly salty. The modern decor was appealing, and the staff were friendly and attentive. But the price didn't feel justified by the quality, and my wine glass was dirty. Delicious food, just too expensive for what you get. I don't think we'll return.

We had a pleasant evening. The prices are on the high side, but the staff were friendly and the food was very good. They're aiming for upscale cooking and do a pretty good job of it.
