I'd choose another place if you have other options.

A bit better than sleeping in a tent.

The laundry setup is a huge plus, three washers and two dryers, which is rare in hotels these days. I'd give the place a sixth star for that. Rooms are clean and serviced once a week, and it's good value for money. It's ideal for crews, assembly workers, and service technicians. The kitchen is short on amenities, but everyone brings something these days. I recommend it to Polish crews. 🙂

The bed was cozy, and my wife and I had so much fun. Best time ever! Only letdown was no free luxury caviar at breakfast.

The rooms are small, and it's best to have your own internet connection. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're bringing a full set of pots, plates, and cutlery. For this price, the kitchen is missing basic utensils and doesn't offer any major items.
