The rooms are clean and modern, and the service is nice. There's an extra charge for a fridge, bathrobes, and the sauna. Cars are very noisy on the cobblestone road.

My room in this lovely little hotel in Waren's old town was spacious, very clean, and furnished in a modern style. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple, though they made the fried and scrambled eggs fresh. I'd be glad to stay again.

For exploring Waren, the Müritz, or the surrounding countryside, I'd choose the Hotel Müritzperle. It's right in Waren's old town, a few minutes' walk from the harbor and the main sights, and has a pleasant, comfortable feel. This chic little hotel has 12 bright, spacious rooms, plus free Wi-Fi, a sauna, an elevator, and private parking where you can safely leave a bicycle. The staff are known for being friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a highlight: varied, plentiful, and very good, a great start to the day. It's an easy base for seeing Waren and the Müritz region.

At night and in the morning, rooms facing the street get quite noisy from traffic and the bell tower. The entrance to the hotel's parking lot is also very narrow and awkward to drive through. Breakfast felt cramped, especially for a larger group, since there wasn't enough room for everyone who wanted to eat together. The sauna was out of order, too. Other than the breakfast attendant, the staff weren't friendly. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We got a very warm welcome and felt well looked after right through to departure. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the service was excellent, and we'd highly recommend the hotel.
