The place is wonderfully quiet, with no close neighbors, and you can sit outside, barbecue, and take in that fantastic view. Families have a big play space in the barn, with a trampoline and ping-pong table. Two of the four bedrooms felt a little cramped because of the sloping ceilings, though. We came with friends for New Year's Eve and had a great time. The sauna and the wood-burning stove in its room were a real treat, and with fresh snow we could use the sleds on the slope right beside the house. I can imagine it being lovely in summer too. We’d love to come back ;)

A good spot for parties, though it’s a little pricey.

I’ve never come across a setting this idyllic. The sauna space and fireplace were my favorite part, and the house has plenty of room, with several cozy areas. There’s lots to do in the big barn, from ping-pong and a trampoline to fitness gear and a hanging chair. With the barn door open, even rainy weather has its own charm. For a better price, book directly on their website.
