The rooms are roomy and clean, and the staff are kind. It’s also close to everything, so it’s great value.

The kitchenette had everything we needed, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. This little guesthouse is right in the center, which is great. Our room facing the courtyard was quiet, while the standard room facing the street was a bit noisy. They had earplugs ready, though! 😊 The bathroom was missing the promised toiletries. Reception wasn’t staffed on the weekend, and check-in and check-out were easy but felt impersonal. We’d happily stay again and recommend the place. 😊

Breakfast was generous and tasty, and it was clear a lot of care went into preparing it. The staff were warm and accommodating, and they could have handled special requests. The kitchen cupboards also had tea, coffee, and everything else we needed. We stayed in April 2016. The house was very clean and well kept, and our apartment had plenty of space. It’s only a three-minute walk to the center of Weimar, which makes it easy to see the sights. We’ll definitely return to the "Am Schloß" house. Highly recommended.

We were welcomed warmly and shown two apartments in person so we could choose. The guesthouse is well located, and the rooms were clean. That little balcony worked well for us smokers. We were happy with our stay.
