The balcony was a nice touch, and getting in was easy with the keylock system. But the room was much smaller than the photos suggested, and the kitchen in it wasn’t mentioned. The bathroom was tiny, with only a small shower and no bathtub like the pictures showed. WiFi and phone reception were both slow and unreliable, and the TV was really old. Check-out was until 11 am, but at 10 am, while I was still in bed after sleeping in, a service worker came in without warning. She didn’t apologize, just gave an annoyed sigh. I wouldn’t book this “hotel” again, it felt more like a vacation apartment. For this price, there are better options. I’d rather have stayed in a tent for ¼ of the cost.

I’ve stayed here twice. The rooms were clean and quiet, and check-in was touchless self-service. It was a bit hard to find, though, and it seems they’re renovating. Breakfast is no longer served.

The bathrooms were probably the best part, with lots of space and good equipment. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were in great shape. Some were spacious and lovely, while others felt quite small and basic. Still, it was a really nice stay.

The room and bathroom were modern and spacious, and the woman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. She couldn’t find our reservation at first, then realized it had been for the previous night. She had rooms available, so it all worked out, and she said she’d been wondering what had happened to us. We loved staying at the Wendelstein Hotel and would happily return if we’re in the area. I’d recommend it to others too.

The apartments were roomy, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Great hotel, with friendly service.
