Hotel Friesenhof

Everything about the stay was great, and the location made getting around easy. The bus stop, beach, supermarket, and bike rental shops were all nearby.

We felt very at home here and would choose it again. Our room/apartment was modern, clean, and lovely, and the receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful. The central location was ideal, though our street-facing room got the daytime traffic noise from a busy road. That wasn’t the accommodation’s fault. Parking on site was just €5, which felt fantastic!

The location is quiet, with a bus stop right outside and the beach close by. We had our dog with us, and the small bowls and big dog blanket provided were a thoughtful touch. Our garden-facing room was bright, peaceful, and spacious, with a large balcony, and we slept really well. The kitchenette had everything needed to cook. The room and property were spotless and well kept. There’s also a lounge with tea and books, plus a wellness area and a small fitness center, so it’s easy to relax even when the weather’s bad. We’d love to return next year.

The supermarket is just around the corner, and the beach is about a seven-minute walk away. We loved the landscaped courtyard, a peaceful little oasis where fresh fruit from the trees was offered free each day. The apartment was bright, modern, welcoming, and comfortable, with spotless, attractive furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. It was great that pets are welcome, and there’s even a sauna. We were very satisfied and would love to come back.
