We spent two weeks here as a couple in September, and the ground-floor apartment was even nicer than in the photos. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, impeccably maintained, and spotless, with an excellent bathroom. The gorgeous garden was a highlight. We loved having breakfast in the sun on the terrace by the apartment or in the garden pavilion. You could sunbathe on the lawn, too. The robotic mower stops at obstacles and won’t run anyone over. The owners are incredibly friendly and do everything they can when you ask nicely. When we went on to Berlin for three days, we could leave our car on the fenced property and take the train. The station is within walking distance. From this great location, you can go for lovely bike rides, rent a boat, or walk to Werder Island. We’d love to return. Many thanks to the owners for their kind hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

The highlight for us was the lovely, well-kept garden right by the water, with its own dock. It was perfect for just relaxing and letting go. The apartment was spotless and tastefully furnished, so we felt at home straight away. We felt very comfortable, and the landlord gave us a warm, friendly welcome.

We won’t stay here again. There are cameras all over the property, and you feel watched all the time. The unfriendly landlord dictates how guests should behave, doesn’t allow visitors, and doesn’t welcome children. The holiday could have been lovely without such a controlling landlord. We’ve never had an experience like this.

The landlord was very unfriendly, and we were charged extra for the second bedroom even though we rented the apartment exactly as described online. You’re under video surveillance around the clock, even on the lawn, which is practically unusable anyway because of the robotic lawnmower. Never again!!!

First impressions can be misleading and can ruin a holiday. The landlords were unfriendly and petty, anything but warm or welcoming hosts.
