There was room for everyone to spread out, and plenty of space for all our family reunion activities. We had such a dreamy time together and would happily return for the next reunion.

The indoor swing was a hit with our group of four families and nine children. We spent a December weekend there with a big bunch of friends, and the house has a really distinctive feel. It could use more kitchen utensils and better mattresses, and the cleaning could be more thorough.

The house has loads of rustic charm and room to relax, and sharing the sauna was lovely. Communication with the hostess was good too. It is quite noisy, though, but that was manageable for a weekend away. ;)

The grounds are huge, and the quiet setting made it easy to spend time together. Inside, the beautiful furniture and comfortable beds made the house feel lovely, and it had everything we needed. The location is ideal. We’ll definitely recommend the ferry house!

We stopped in while out walking our dog because the house looked so cozy. The food turned out to be the real surprise: the menu has unusual Nordic dishes with international spices and ingredients. We tried classic fish and chips and Nordic tapas, and both were delicious and beautifully presented. Service was friendly and quick. There’s plenty to choose from, so if you can’t find something to eat, that’s on you. Highly recommended, you really should eat here. The rustic, comfortable interior is beautifully decorated too.
