I only stopped briefly, for a coffee and some plum cake, and both were great. The hotel has a fantastic view, and the staff are really friendly. I'll definitely come back, and I'd happily recommend it.

After hiking all day through the mountains, this is a nice place to treat yourself. I stayed while walking the Westweg, which runs right by the hotel. It's a little pricey, though not too bad for Germany, and there's a lot included for the money: a sauna, pool, fancy room, and incredible views. Dinner costs extra, but breakfast is included and has a decent spread.

The scenery is gorgeous and so quiet, and they welcome dogs as well as allowing them. Our dog even had its own little bed. The staff were super friendly, and the food was excellent, better than at most restaurants.

We spent three days here recently, and it had everything I wanted from a great stay. The staff were very friendly, especially the chief waiter, and the food was great. Everything I saw was clean. There are lovely views and great hikes nearby. I'd recommend the hotel 100%.

A great-value hotel with really friendly staff. There's a pool, sauna, steam room, and a nice restaurant, plus the works. Several hiking trails begin right by the hotel, so it's a perfect stop after a long hike.
