The service was very good, and the room and breakfast were both very good for the price. The location is wonderful, right by the beautiful park and castle. You can take a lovely walk down to the river at any time of day, and there are quaint restaurants further along the road.

The woman serving breakfast was extremely kind, and I loved her work. The young man at reception with curly hair was ill-mannered and seemed uninterested in his job. He was a non-German. It’d be better if you taught him some manners. How can you just come into a female guest’s room without even knocking? I’d only checked in a few minutes earlier, and that same guy had handled the formalities. It’s unacceptable. Sorry, I won’t recommend this hotel anymore.

It’s an average hotel near a beautiful park. The rooms were quite small but usable, and the equipment was a bit worn. Breakfast was fine, just what you’d expect.

There’s no free Wi-Fi, you have to pay extra, but each room does have free Sky TV with sports channels, which is great if you’re a sports fan. The room was quiet and nicely presented. Breakfast was very good too, with a wide choice of breads, cereals, and meats.

The rooms were clean, and the staff very helpful. They were quiet and comfortable too, right next to Wiesebaden Castle Park (Schlosspark). There’s free Wi-Fi, underground parking for a fee, and a paid breakfast buffet.
