Ring Hotel

The room was small, but the worst part was the bedsheets. They were filthy, and I don’t think they’d been cleaned. There were no slippers either. Hygiene is a problem.

The location is quite close to the city centre, but I didn’t want to give the hotel a higher rating because of that. The receptionist acted as if guests were an inconvenience, and there was no reception or contact available after hours or the following morning. I complained to management about the bed, which was full of bed bugs, and more than two weeks later I still haven’t heard back. I ended up trying to sleep in a chair. The room gets zero stars, and so does the service. Don’t stay here if you want a good night’s sleep. That bed was not fit or healthy for human habitation. Overall, zero stars. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The terrace gardens are a highlight. Right in the heart of the city, the hotel has created a stunning natural oasis. It’s a unique experience I won’t forget.

The room was fine, though very old, and the outside noise was super loud. There were flies everywhere, the carpet and rugs were very old, and there’s no elevator to the second floor, so we had to drag our luggage. Through Hopper, check in was listed as 12pm, but reception insisted it started at 3pm. Reception wasn’t even there when we arrived, so we waited an hour until 3pm. I asked for a refund, and the guy at reception had no idea what to do. You work here, you should at least know the next step. Once I saw the rooms and service, I checked out straight away and booked a hotel at Frankfurt Flemings. I’m so glad I did. Please don’t stay here, even if you’re looking for somewhere cheap. Especially women traveling, spend more and stay somewhere better.
