The room was nicely equipped, and breakfast had a great selection. The restaurant was closed in the evening during my visit, though I could order at the bar. At check-in around 8 pm, I searched the lobby, restaurant, and bar and found no staff, then waited more than ten minutes. The whole staff was outside smoking. On my next and final day, the staff were better.

Magali at reception deserves a big thank you. She was so sweet and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay at this Marriott. I had an amazing time here, and she played a huge part in that.

We stopped here overnight on our way to Italy, and the location worked really well, close to the highway with plenty of parking. The staff were friendly, the beds comfortable, and breakfast had a great range of choices. One thing that could be improved is the bathroom ventilation, since it's openly connected to the sleeping area.

I picked this hotel after seeing that many places near Mainz charge for parking and have limited spaces, and it turned out to be the right call. There’s lots of free parking and plenty of charging stations for electric cars. The staff were very friendly and gave me a lot of help. The room was a good size, with strong water pressure and a nice shower area. Prices are reasonable, and although it's near the highway, it's still very quiet and easy to get to. A solid option for business trips or vacations.

We stayed one night here on our way to Slovakia, and again coming back, with our dog. The service was amazing in every way. A big plus is the free parking, which is hard to find in Germany and can cost £20-25. The hotel is also outside low emission zones. Thanks, everyone.
