The room was unfortunately dirty, with cobwebs in the corners, crumbs on the floor, and a dusty kitchen. The bathroom lighting was poor too. One of its two dim lamps was broken, so it was very hard to see. The website said guests would have either a balcony or a garden. The balcony was hard to access, and I didn’t see it until the last day. When I raised these problems while paying, the woman just smiled and brushed them off. I suggested a discount, but she refused and denied everything. A negative and disappointing stay. Next time I’ll find another guesthouse for my guests.
