There’s very little nearby, and the property feels remote. It is clean, but I wouldn’t choose it for a short stay. When I arrived on 11Aug with my family, the building was nearly empty, with just one other room occupied. There’s no elevator. The door was open because there was no reception, and we couldn’t lock it; there were no instructions about a key. The owner also charged extra for early check-in without getting our approval. We decided not to stay, but they refused to refund us. It was quite expensive for what the property offers. I’d only suggest it for a long stay with a car and a big family. I wouldn’t visit the area again. Mainz is much better, and I’d choose a hotel over renting an apartment where you don’t meet the owner. This felt like a waste of money. Mainz was best.

The place has a nice boutique feel, and I imagine it could be lovely in summer. But the back entrance steps to the apartments were unfinished, with no light at night, and felt like a serious safety hazard, almost a death trap. The building work looked unfinished too. The gym wasn’t worth checking out, which was a letdown, and having the toilet in the kitchen brought the smell of the Bakerloo line to mind.

I had nothing but problems here. The owner is running an illegal business, in my view, and charged money to my credit card without my knowledge. I’d stay away and look elsewhere.
