A comfortable bed, hot water, and housekeeping done as requested made the stay easy. The rooms are clean and a decent size for one or two people, though they could feel tight with more guests. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city center and five minutes from the mall and train station. Staff were friendly, courteous, and professional, and the service was good. Breakfast was decent, but at 16 euros there are better and cheaper options nearby. Parking costs 16 euros a day, has plenty of spaces, and allows you to come and go. There’s a bar and restaurant on site, though we didn’t use them. With the location, parking, and rooms, it’s a good hotel in Wiesbaden.

For the price, it’s a good hotel in a convenient spot. Our first room had a cherry on the floor, a stained pillow, and a toilet that kept running. It faced the street too, so the noise wasn’t pleasant. The front desk staff kindly moved us, and the new room was much better. Some basic things are missing, though, including an iron and an in-room safe.

The location is very convenient, and it’s a nice hotel with a good bathroom and sealed shower. The one issue for me was the air conditioning. It never got cold, so the room stayed warm throughout my visit.

The flexible room rates varied a lot, which was the main downside. My father and I had two single rooms for four nights, Saturday to Wednesday at the end of June 2024. The average was 62 euros for three nights, then Tuesday cost 120 euros, even though the hotel didn’t seem very full. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend it. The hotel is well placed near the city centre, has lifts to the upper floors, and plenty of parking. Staff were efficient and helpful, and spoke good English when needed. Rooms were comfortable, and the all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast cost extra, with lots of choices and attentive staff.
