We were really happy with our five days at Petra's with the horses. They had two large stalls and a spacious sand paddock, and the feed was superb quality. We could take care of everything ourselves, from bringing the horses in and out to feeding them and deciding how much hay and straw they got. The accommodation was simple but did the job. Thanks, Petra, we were completely satisfied.

Dogs are welcome, and the place is cosy and good for switching off. It's quiet and works especially well for solo travellers looking for time to themselves. There's no luxury or fuss, and not much nearby, so it's not a spot for anyone after action.

The rooms were clean and the service was nice. I recommend it.

The children loved our first stay in the holiday home. The owners were friendly and kept to themselves, and getting around by car was easy. It took a little adjustment to have no hot water in the kitchen. Also, a light above the hob would make late-night cooking much easier. Apart from those two things, the holiday was well worth the money.
