Belinda, Krit and Fifa at the front desk were so friendly and always ready to help. Their smiles made our mornings better. The room was cozy and very clean, with a comfortable bed, good air conditioning and a nice bathroom. It was quiet and well located too. I'd definitely stay again.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the wellness area was okay. Still, the hotel felt overpriced for somewhere with literally nothing around it. The rooms seemed very dated, and there was a drain of some unknown purpose in the middle of the bathroom that caused unpleasant smells.

Breakfast was acceptable, and the front desk staff were friendly enough. But the place feels drab and a bit dingy, and it needed updating years ago. It worked as a budget option, though the price felt too high for such a dull, outdated hotel. It really needs a major facelift.

Clean hotel and good breakfast. It would've been nice to have more international TV channels.

Had a great dinner, and everything was very clean and comfortable. The pool and fitness room are a real bonus.
