We were in Willingen for work and were completely happy with our stay. The owner was warm, very courteous, and always keen to meet guests’ wishes. Arriving and leaving were easy and pleasantly informal. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Room 9’s bathroom could use renovation, though. Also, smoke from the smoking room on the ground floor sometimes drifted through the hotel. It might be more pleasant to smoke outside the entrance. Breakfast was fresh, generous, and very good, with flexible hours and a later option on weekends. There’s plenty of parking on site. Willingen is only a few minutes away by car, there’s a bus stop right outside, and the train station is about a five-minute walk. We felt very comfortable and appreciated the personal service, which is hard to find these days. We’d gladly come back. Best regards, R.C. Hillmann

The owner took such good care of us and gave our family a really warm welcome. Thank you for a lovely stay. Our holiday apartment at the Westfalenhof in Willingen was huge and had everything we could need. We stay in holiday apartments often, but this was the best equipped one so far, with everything from towels and bed linen to dishwasher tablets already there.

A cozy guesthouse, with a very friendly and attentive hostess. The house is clean, and breakfast is plentiful, with the option to request particular items. It could use some updating, but the rooms are still neat and clean.

My husband, our dog, and I had a peaceful, relaxing short break at the Westfalenhof, and we loved it. Mrs. Heing was friendly and attentive, always there when we needed anything. The room was cozy and clean, the beds comfortable, and we looked forward to breakfast each morning. We’d love to come back.
