The Hurster Hof may be closing in mid-October, and we’ll miss it and its lovely host family so much. It’s such a loss for the area. The welcome is always warm, and the food is incredibly tasty. Hurry back if you can!

We tried their Tuesday schnitzel special and loved it. It was creative, absolutely delicious, and only €9.55, a great price. Service was friendly and quick, too. Gabi and I will happily return when we’re on holiday nearby again. Gabi and Klaus Neumann, Kerpen near Cologne

The breakfast was thoughtfully put together, with everything we could want, and there was nothing to fault. The family room was great for the three of us.

A pleasant spot for a good beer or something to eat. I’ve heard the overnight stay is good too. 👍

The menu is all about quality rather than a big selection, and the food is delicious and seasonal.
