It’s a great place to stay if you want somewhere quiet but still close to places like Winterberg center. The staff were friendly, flexible, and helpful. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean, and they serve a wonderful, complete breakfast buffet. There are also various cooled drinks at good prices. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We’d gladly come back. The owners are really kind, the Victoria Suite is amazing, and breakfast was very good. A great place to stay.

We loved our first stay at "Bergzauber" with our extended family, 15 of us including 2 children and 2 dogs. The house is roomy, clean, and well equipped, with space for groups of up to 20. Ms. Voss was friendly, accommodating, and easy to reach whenever we needed her. The location worked perfectly for us, with shops and restaurants close enough to walk to, hiking trails nearby, and ski slopes easy to get to. We had plenty of snow, and apparently artificial snow is available if needed. Booking through departure went smoothly, which made the whole stay more relaxing. We’d gladly recommend this 5-star group accommodation and will definitely return.
