The garden and seating area out back are lovely. Breakfast had everything we wanted, from fresh fruit salad and yogurt to homemade jam, plus freshly made scrambled eggs. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well looked after, and you can get delicious wine straight from the owner.

We felt completely at home here. The rooms are very clean and stylish, and the host is incredibly kind, offering ideas for other things to do. There’s a vineyard of their own, where you can taste and buy the wines at very reasonable prices. The guesthouse is right across from a very good restaurant, and breakfast is lovely, with most of it brought to the table.

We had a wonderful few days in this beautiful old house. The rooms are lovely, and Hans Peter Schreiner is a charming host, winemaker, and wine merchant. Breakfast in the charming setting was delicious too.
