La Roseraie

We only stayed one night, but the rooms were lovely and the hosts very friendly. The hotel is right in central Wittlich, and I hope we can return soon.

Good value for what I paid.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the whole guesthouse had an inviting feel that made us feel at home right away. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were beautifully furnished. Breakfast was delicious and had everything we wanted. The highlight for us was the charming dog Filou, who won us over straight away with his friendly nature. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.

Even a simple breakfast felt special at La Roseraie. We don't usually eat breakfast, but that morning we went downstairs at 8:30 a.m., still half asleep. Seeing how lovingly everything had been prepared made us feel it would have been disrespectful to the hosts to skip it. They'd put their heart and soul into every detail. The old villa's history is carefully preserved and lovingly brought to life throughout the house. The hosts look after both their home and their guests with such warmth that you feel part of something larger, and time seems to move more gently there. The whole place is full of care, comfort, and inspiration. La Roseraie is a beautiful house where history feels present, and every corner has a warm feeling. I'm incredibly happy I got to visit, and it's somewhere I'd always want to return to. 🌹
