Ferienwohnungen Zeller

Our group of 16 had a wonderful time with the Zeller family and would definitely come back. We booked Heuboden and Strohboden, the two apartments, along with both garden barrels. The large garden was a highlight, with seating for our group and lots of outdoor toys. The animals made it an absolute dream for the children. The apartments were spacious, modern, stylish, in excellent condition, and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and we all felt at home. Communication with the owners was easy and friendly. They left nothing to be desired, and I highly recommend staying here.

Wolframs-Eschenbach is charming, with beautiful houses, delicious ice cream, a good bakery and butcher, and a fantastic medieval-themed water playground, all within walking distance. The Zellers have a farm shop with all sorts of things, and if you need anything, the family, including Grandma and Grandpa, will help. Such lovely people. We were two families and each had our own wooden barrel cabin. It got quite cold at night, but turning the heater on a little in the evening meant it was warm by morning. Each cabin has an outdoor bathroom, and the separate kitchen has a seating area and everything we needed: a grill with lighter fluid, children's plastic cups and plates, dish soap, tea towels, games, and a high chair. There's lots of garden seating near the play equipment, including a trampoline, seesaw, and swing. The vehicle garage has go-karts, tricycles, scooters, wheelbarrows, racket games like badminton, and table tennis. The kids could help with the animals morning and evening, giving hay to them, looking after the pigs, and feeding the goats. They also got to ride on different tractors several times, on proper tours that sometimes went across the fields. Come visit sometime, it's worth it.

The children were thrilled to use all the toys and vehicles, and we could pet and admire the animals. The owners were incredibly kind and friendly. Our large apartment had a cozy style, and we felt at home straight away. It was spotless when we arrived. It was so great there, and I'd definitely go back.

The farm has about 10 cows, tethered in the house, and pigs kept a little further away. Children can ride on the tractor and help feed the pigs. If you're hoping for the usual variety of farm animals like sheep, chickens, ducks, or goats, this isn't the place. It's a “normal” farm that also has holiday apartments. The apartments are clean and in good condition, with friendly owners, a large shared garden, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. They're on the edge of peaceful, picturesque Wolframs-Eschenbach. The town is worth a visit for its complete city wall and half-timbered houses, though you can see it all in 2-3 hours. Bike paths are easy to reach, and the lakes are about 15-20 minutes away by car. The farm also sells regional products, including homemade goods.
