The hosts, Familie Jaentsch, were really nice, and the price felt fair. The apartment is in its own little separate house and was very clean. The kitchen had everything I needed to cater for myself, and there’s a great garden where you can sit or eat outside. Its location near regional sights like Drachenschlucht, the Hohe Sonne hiking trails, and Eisenach made the stay especially convenient.

There’s plenty of space to unwind in the huge garden, with several nice places to sit in the evening. You can head out for great hikes from here, too. The apartment is practically a whole house and had everything we needed, and the owners were friendly and always up for a chat. Thanks for a lovely stay. We’ll be back! Greetings from the Wagner family in Berlin.

The hosts were easy to reach and friendly to deal with, and getting there by car or train was straightforward. The apartment is nicely furnished, and there are lovely hikes nearby to Wartburg Castle, the Drachenschlucht gorge, Eisenach, and the Rennsteig trail.

Just lovely. The place is cozy and the garden is great. The hosts are there whenever you need them, and can offer tour tips or shopping advice on request. Grilling or just chilling in the garden is no problem.
