The staff are nice and helpful, and breakfast is good, but the hotel feels old and the rooms have no air-conditioning. The place was quite expensive for its quality, and I think you can find better, cheaper options in Wolfsburg. I’d guess they stay afloat on Volkswagen business trips, since it’s currently an obligatory hotel for Volkswagen group company employees traveling to Wolfsburg. The lobby looks quite new and modern, but the rooms are dated and definitely need refurbishing. There’s no air-conditioning, the curtains didn’t work properly, and the bedroom was broken. The bathroom was clean and nice. The walls are thin, so you hear everything from the next room. The worst part was that they didn’t clean the room every day, even though the website says they do. When I asked at reception, I was told that was normal. Is that normal for a three-star hotel? I don’t think so.

The room has an older style, but it was good and quiet. The hotel is very nice and welcoming, with good parking. Service was good, the staff were helpful, and breakfast was very good.

The reception people are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are roomy enough, nicely equipped, and the whole place is clean. Breakfast is really good, with a wide spread that changes during your stay. The bar isn’t open all week, though you can get some beers if you like. The woman tending the bar is a real asset to the team. She makes a limited but good selection of food if you’re hungry. I forgot her name, sorry. I’ll do better next time I stay. Recommended!

The breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty to pick from. The room was very good too, and I liked the little VW touches, like the matchbox car on the ceiling and the show car in the lobby. A great place to stay in Wolfsburg, especially if you're visiting the VW plant.

It's incredibly loud here. What are people doing? After 6 am, I couldn't sleep.
