I was stranded in a snowstorm in Hannover when all transport was cancelled. I did everything I could to reach Wolfsburg, but couldn’t get there. I called Ipartment to explain, and they were extremely unhelpful. They told me to submit a cancellation request through booking.com, which I did, but they then rejected my appeal and charged the full room rate. They offered neither a refund nor a voucher. I wouldn’t recommend booking here, given how little understanding or help they showed.

The apartment was well managed and kept up, and had everything we needed, including laundry in the building. It’s a lovely place to stay, with everything connected by bus a short distance away. We love staying at ipartment Wolfsburg and it feels like home.

We spent three days here on holiday because it was near my sister’s home, and we loved it. The apartment was bright and spacious, quiet, very central, and above a lovely organic supermarket. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the TV was good. Highly recommend.

The cleaning service really shaped my opinion of this place. Other reviews mentioned forgotten towels and soap, dust, and I can confirm that happened. The service is very poor, yet they do ask guests to pay an extra cleaning charge even though the cleaning never reached an acceptable level.

I spent five months here on a business stay. The hotel is close to the center, with shops and restaurants nearby, and the rooms match what’s shown on the hotel website. My main complaint is the cleaning: it’s only provided once every two weeks, and the quality isn’t always up to standard. Cleaners sometimes leave out towels or soap, or miss dust. Reception also closes at 5 PM, so if you’re here for work, you probably won’t meet anyone in person.
