Porschepension

The place was clean and nice, but finding the entrance was tricky. It's somewhere at the back of a building on Porche strasse. The owner doesn't speak English at all.

The location was excellent, and the owner was extremely helpful. I had a wonderful week-long stay there last week, everything was perfect.

The room was spacious, but it wasn't particularly clean, with a greasy layer of dust on the bed rails. Finding the entrance was hard too, and the signs weren't helpful. The hallway smelled terrible. The bathroom was a complete disaster. There was grease on the floor and nowhere to hang a towel. The shower had mold and rust, and its heavily calcified head barely let any water through. Since the shower floor is a raised platform with no lip, water ended up across the whole bathroom floor. The one good thing, in my opinion, was an extremely helpful and friendly staff member who helped us with another problem, so I haven't listed that issue here.

I was completely satisfied. The rooms are modern, the place was very clean, and the location is right in the center. The staff were super friendly and easy to get hold of, so I don't understand the criticism.
