The apartment was cozy and had more than enough furnishings. The landlords were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and we thought the price was very fair for what we got. We felt comfortable there and had a wonderful time in the beautiful surroundings. We'd gladly return.

We felt very comfortable here. The apartment is modern, clean, and nicely furnished, and the owners were friendly and helpful. The one drawback is the busy road outside. It can get noisy when you have the window open.

The main road runs right past the building, and the heavy traffic was very disruptive, especially early in the morning. Our ground-floor apartment was also quite noisy, and some basic kitchen items were missing. At least it was clean and tidy.

Haus Monika was well maintained and clean, and the owners were friendly and helpful. The nearby main road wasn't especially relaxing for us as city dwellers, though it wasn't enough to spoil the stay. Bayerisch Gmain is well placed for trips in every direction, with Salzburg, Lake Königssee, Lake Chiemsee, and several gorges easy to reach. We had a wonderful holiday in the Bavarian Alps, but communication with the travel company was a real downside. They didn't answer calls or emails, and at first we thought we'd been caught by a fraudulent provider. Fortunately, that turned out not to be the case.
