The rooms were small, though at least clean and nice. There was no air conditioning, which was a real problem in the heat, and we could barely stay in the room. The bathroom vent was blocked, so shower condensation spread into the room and made it even harder to be there. We also couldn't use the broadband that was supposed to be provided. We reported it repeatedly, but the staff seemed to ignore us or forget. Only on our last day did a staff member turn it on and apologize. She had offered an earlier breakfast for our Saturday departure, but when we waited at the agreed time, she had forgotten. We had to go to work hungry. The hotel staff were a complete joke.

For the price, this is a great option. The room was clean and well maintained, and breakfast was nice. It's centrally located, with two Greek restaurants just a 30-second walk away.

The receptionist at Regio Hotel didn't speak English. Instead of calling the Regio Hotel customer service line, where English-speaking agents are available, he yelled and slammed things around. I explained what had happened to the corporate office, and the woman there just laughed. It seems this company buys distressed properties and runs them on the cheap. Hospitality doesn't seem to be a priority.

The hotel is nice and very clean, which is good. The service wasn't good, though, and nobody here speaks English. I waited at reception for two hours before I could get a room. Thank you.
