The proprietors were very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We only stayed one night, and could easily have stayed longer. We arrived late and left early, so we didn't get to try the beautiful-looking pastries. Next time we'll leave enough time to sample several. We're glad to have been the first Americans to experience your hospitality, and hope we're not the last.

We came for brunch, so this rating is for the cafe. I found it while searching for speciality coffee, and it seems to be the only place around here serving it. The flat white was so good that I ordered a cortado after brunch, too. Their breakfast bread and fruit were delicious, and they grow most of the fruit on the property. There's a little spielplatz for children as well. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The cafe has a lovely farm stay feel.

The staff made us feel like family when we had breakfast with friends and family. They have their own garden on site, and the fruit jelly and other things tasted fresh and homemade. A lovely place to stop for a meal, highly recommended :)

The quality of the accommodation, excellent food, warm hospitality, and the place's lovely philosophy made our short break at Gasthaus Canow really special. The setting is beautiful, too. We had a fantastic stay and hope to come back soon!

A peaceful haven in the beautiful Mecklenburgische Seenplatte, with tasteful rooms, a lovely garden, and amazing breakfast, cakes, and coffee. It has urban vibes out in the countryside. Maybe it's a spoiled wish to want a place like this, but I'll admit it's a Berliner dream ;)
