We found this place while looking for affordable weekend accommodation in Xanten. It's spacious, and everything looks new and clean. The welcome was extremely friendly, with parking right outside. We didn't use the fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is practical, the beds are comfortable, and the room can be made completely dark. Nights were very quiet. The bathroom is small but adequate, with a shower, and there's a sofa and armchair in the living room. We could easily stay longer and will probably book again next time we're in Xanten.

The hosts were exceptionally friendly, and the apartment was in a very quiet spot. It's in the basement, though the large windows keep it bright. The kitchenette is well equipped, while the bathroom and bedroom are small, modern, and clean. We stayed three nights over a long weekend. It's a lovely holiday apartment in Xanten, about a 15-minute walk from the old town. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful five-night stay. The apartment was modern, comfortable, and very clean. We'd be happy to come back!

I almost want to give this place one star so I have a chance of renting it again later. We felt right at home, and there was absolutely nothing missing. The landlords, Mr. and Mrs. Friese, or their son, were friendly, relaxed, professional, and funny. That's just how it should be!

It's centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment is comfortable, modern, and has all the amenities. We feel very much at home here.
