Gästehaus Zeller Altstadt

The guesthouse may be a little dated, but so are we, and this accommodation suits us perfectly. Our small but lovely apartment had everything a holidaymaker could need, and it was spotlessly clean. We were welcomed so warmly by our wonderful landlady. The location is practically central, but still ideal for sleeping. That's why we gave five stars across the board. Thanks again. We'll enjoy the rest of our days here, and when we return, our little guesthouse will be our first choice. Thank you!

We got a very warm welcome, and the breakfast basket was always delicious. The little holiday apartment is simple but has what you need, with a small patio. Our dog was welcome too. We'd love to come back.

This guesthouse is a good choice for hikers or cyclists on a long-distance tour, as long as you know what to expect. It's not a hotel, and you'll need to eat out. My room had a private bathroom and was small and simply furnished, but had all the basics. The bed felt a bit firm to me, though that's personal preference. It's very central, and for the price I found it perfectly fine. If you want something simple without frills, I definitely recommend it.

The COVID-19 rules were well thought out and handled well. I had a lovely little room that looked just like the pictures. The hostess seemed very friendly, and being right by the pedestrian zone made it easy to try a few wine bars in the evening.
