We urgently needed somewhere for the night, and the staff were so kind and helped us out really well. The room was nice and clean, and the restaurant food was great too. All for a very reasonable price.

I’ve stayed here several times with colleagues for a couple of days or longer, and it’s always been a good experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the central hotel is easy to find in the small city of Zittau. The in-house restaurant Scholek is very good as well. There are a few soups and pasta options for vegetarians, though the food overall doesn’t really cater to them, as you might expect in Germany. My colleagues have always given the food good feedback. The staff are friendly and helpful, too. It’s a good, recommendable option for a few days while visiting Zittau and the neighboring areas.

The restaurant was good, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job, the towels were fluffy, and the shower had plenty of room. Very nice.
