We booked the XL apartment for three nights with two adults and two children. It was huge, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The city centre was easy to reach on foot, and there’s a bakery just around the corner. We parked in the garage at Arcaden shopping center. Apply for a parking card beforehand and it’s only €4 per day. We had a problem with the access code at first, but a quick call to customer service sorted it out. A fantastic apartment in a great location, and we highly recommend it.

The service handled things well, but the couch was worn out and no longer usable. The apartment had seemed to be in good condition otherwise. I'll see whether the couch has been replaced when I visit again.

The service was very good, and the apartment had a fantastic view over the city. Unfortunately, there was no hot water, and you can't park in front of the building.
