Just perfect.

The houses are functional and generally well equipped, and the rest of the equipment is fine. A lid for the pans would help, though. They’re clean too. What wears me down every morning is having exactly six knives, forks, spoons, and plates in the kitchen. The dishwasher is nearly empty each day, yet eco mode takes almost four hours. Please stock enough dishes for a two- or three-day stay without needing to unload it, or put in smaller dishwashers. Also, during booking, make it clear that bed linen is included but towels cost extra and have to be booked separately. I really don’t understand leaving towels out when a house has a sauna. That sauna is the smallest I’ve ever seen, but I can live with it. In practice, it probably rarely fits more than one adult and one child at a time, which is fine by me. The surroundings feel a bit dreary, and there isn’t much for children yet. The activity card made that okay for us, since we were almost always out and only came home after dark. Once these early problems are fixed, I think it’ll deserve five stars, especially with the activity card.

What a fantastic park! We’re completely satisfied, especially with the friendliness and cleanliness, and everything we needed was there. The park manager was very attentive and housekeeping was great. Keep it up, we’ll be back soon!

The Activ Card is free and gives you fun things to do around the region, either at no cost or at a discount. The cottages themselves are beautiful, clean, modern inside, spacious, and fully equipped. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Getting there is less appealing: there are no signs from town, so you have to follow your navigation, and the first building you see is from the GDR era, which looks pretty bleak. There’s a small playground, but no Dutch-language kids’ channels on the TV. The greenery between cottages is growing well, though the terraces don’t have much privacy yet. If you have an electric car, you can charge it at the swimming pool, but there’s nothing on the park itself yet, so it’s a 15-minute walk back to the cottage. There are few facilities overall, but we’d still recommend the park and will return when everything is finished.
