The layout and size worked really well for our group, with a big dining room and a warm, spacious apartment. Two bedrooms were very large and had seating, while the third was smaller and just had a bed. There was one full bathroom with a narrow standing shower, and a large second bathroom with only a toilet and sink. The full bathroom was clean and had plenty of body wash, but no shampoo. The shower curtain could use a wash, and the drying racks were only mildly warm. We were right in central Copenhagen, within easy walking distance of the tourist areas. A Fotex grocery store was five minutes away, and restaurants were nearby, about ten minutes or farther. Getting help before arrival was difficult. I messaged on Expedia several times about early check-in and got no answer. Once I received their email through Expedia and contacted them there, replies came faster. There is an elevator to the unit on the first floor, but you have to go down a flight of stairs from the entrance to reach it. That could be a problem if you use a wheelchair and can’t manage a few steps. With a stroller or luggage, if you can get down those steps, you can take the elevator up to the flat.

The location was a real plus: close to Kastellet, beside the palace, and about a 10-minute walk from a metro station. The room matched the photos, was nicely arranged, and had a comfortable bed, plus access to streaming platforms like Netflix. There were a few drawbacks. The blinds are gone, leaving only curtains that let in a lot of light, which could be bothersome. The kettle had an intermittent electrical connection, and there was no cooktop, which was a shame.
