The City Square apartment team really made the stay for us. They replied quickly and thoroughly to every question and email, were easy to work with, and made sure we had what we needed. Check-in and checkout were simple, and they sent several messages during our visit to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything. We'd definitely stay with them again. We were in Copenhagen with another couple in October, and the apartment was just as described: clean, tidy, well furnished, and comfortable. It was in a great part of town, within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, bars, and attractions.

The management team deserves a special mention for their kind, professional 24/7 support. They answered all our questions and helped whenever we needed it. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It's right in central Copenhagen, so we could walk to everything or easily take the subway. I understand the company has several similar properties, and I'll look for their hotels next time I'm in Copenhagen or Aarhus.

Right in the heart of the city, the apartment is spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The problem is the nightclub next door. On Friday, heavy bass after 11 pm and the noisy crowd outside made sleep nearly impossible, and weekends are unbearable. The online property description didn't warn us, which I found misleading.

We had a great flat in a convenient part of Copenhagen, with comfortable beds and linens and a well-equipped kitchen. Getting in was easy: a remote entry code arrived shortly before we got there, so our family could explore without worrying about who had the key or who needed to return to the flat. One thing to know is that the front bedroom faces the bell tower, and there can be bells or lively weekend foot traffic. Earplugs might help if that bothers you, though it didn't bother us. We'd gladly stay again.

The apartment was large, modern, warm, and clean, in a handy spot for the city center. The online customer service was very helpful. Sleep was the big problem: a nightclub on the ground floor could be heard from Thursday through Sunday, and the bass was felt in every room. It woke our child several times. Hard to believe that's legal. There was also nowhere to park bicycles, so they had to be left beside the large nightclub.
